Training e-books for Free!

Summer is fast approaching, and with the beginning of great weather, outdoor activities seem to be on everybody’s mind. Last Fall, we purchased a very expensive BOB Revolution Flex Stroller so the we could run with Hectic Grandson. Immediately after purchasing the running stroller…the weather turned nasty. We got it out twice since we purchased it…and it’s been bugging me on a daily basis. Now that we have better weather, our little man is having the time of his life. He’s been out on a dozen runs, although in my case it’s pretty much a moderate-paced walk at this point. I’m working my way back into running, but for now he doesn’t seem to mind.

With the extra outdoor activity, it’s become painfully obvious that my current workout plan, although reasonable, isn’t doing the trick. So this week I concentrated on gathering together some resources to help me get into better overall shape. I’ve skimmed several of these, and as soon as this post is done I’m headed into our exercise room to do some exercises from Kettlebell: 30 Day Kettlebell WOD Exercises!. Hopefully neither of my arms will fall off!

So if you’re interested in freshening your workout routine, you might consider taking a look at these free e-books. There’s pretty much something for everybody, from the hardcore workout aficionado to those who are just get started, or getting started again. Remember, it’s never too late to take your fitness seriously, and it’s definitely never too late to get into the habit of exercise and training.
